We are in the process of moving to Carter co, and had not yet found a new vet. When my sweet kitty was having diarrhea and vomiting, so I took her to Hillcrest as a walk-in. We had a very short wait, even though the receptionist apologized that they were busier than normal and wasn't sure how long it would be. The vet techs and vet were very sweet and gentle with her as well as thorough. Will definitely stick with them for both of our fur babies

Absolutely love this place! They are very professional and caring. We've had multiple procedures done here and haven't had one problem. If I take one of my girls in for something without the rest they ask about the others by name. No matter how late I've called, they have always been incredibly polite.

By far the best animal hospital I have ever had used. From day one they have been right there ever step of the way on my k9s health and treatment. They make calls to check up on him and show a general concern for the animals they service. Customer service is amazing and everyone there is just a pleasure to talk to and deal with.
