Hillcrest Animal Hospital is proud to serve Poplar Bluff, MO and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medical care along with friendly, compassionate service.

We believe in treating every patient as if they were our own pet and giving them the same loving attention and care. We are a group of highly trained and experienced animal lovers who are devoted to giving our patients the best care possible.

Our ambulatory trucks have been on the road providing on-farm care to animals across a 9-county region, including Arkansas, since 2016. And now, you can bring the animal to us for care in our safe, secure, custom designed large animal facility, no matter the weather.

At Hillcrest we take great pride in being able to accommodate our patients, both small and large, in nearly any situation.

Dr. Kathryn Bell, co-owner, graduated from Veterinary School at the University of Missouri in 2014 and exclusively attends to small animal patients. Veterinary medicine is her passion. She is especially good at helping itchy patients and utilizing her exceptional surgical skills when appropriate. Dr. Kathryn is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA) and Certified TCVM Palliative and End-of-life Practitioner (CTPEP). These additional certifications enable her to help patients with an integrative approach using the best of conventional medicine but also incorporating holistic treatments when possible, to help patients enjoy great quality of life.
